Pink Tea By The Garden

Happy July to all!  Last week we were at the farm for a few days and I enjoyed tea by the garden.  Flowers are blooming and the weather just perfect for tea time!

I'm using one of my Moss Rose teapot's that I collect.  I have five others, all different  shapes.  This one is unmarked.  I'm hoping to find a few  more for my tea parties. I have about fourteen teacups and  dessert plates to match, all found at thrift stores.

Enjoying left over cake from my Sister's anniversary.

Taking time to relax with a good book, sweets, and a nice cup of tea on a beautiful day!  Wish you were here!

Thank you so much for your visit!  Wishing you a  wonderful week!

I will be joining the following parties this week:  Tea Time Tuesday,  Tea In The Garden, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Teacup Tuesday.

Hi Nancy,

What a sweet and charming tea you've set, with all the pretty pink features, (that pink icing, though, on your sister's anniversary cake is 'the icing on the cake')! Your blooms in the background are beaming with cuteness!

Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful week!

A lovely tea, Nancy! The teapot is very pretty and your cake looks delicious. Pink is such a soothing colour and yours looks wonderful there in the garden. Thank you for joining me for tea and have a lovely Summer, my friend.

Blessings and hugs,
Sandi

Your Moss Rose teapot, teacup and dessert plate look lovely in your garden setting. The cake looks delicious too. I have the same book in your post today, Country Tea Parties by Maggie Stuckey. You prompted me to pull it from my bookshelf and look through it again. A lady from church gave it to me back in 2004. How was your trip to Mackinac Island? I hope you had a great time. I look forward to hearing about it.
Love,
Phyllis

Love your garden tea! Moss Rse is such a pretty pattern...has been popular for almost 300 years! I love your chair! Did you do that? It's gorgeous! And the garden is wonderful...could have been in your book! Thanks for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!
