Autumn Roses

Hi everyone, we had such beautiful  weather last week.  My Ramblin Red Explorer climber is still so pretty with it's autumn  roses.

I just had to enjoy one more outdoor tea and share it with you!

I found these lovely dishes at a thrift store for only twenty dollars!  A complete set for four, including dinner plates.  They were all carefully packed in the original box.

The china is Royal Albert, Autumn Roses.  I love the soft colors blended together.

I bought the  teapot from E bay for thirteen dollars.  The bottom is stamped English Garden, Japan.  It is just the right size for two and is filled with yummy blueberry tea sent to me from a thoughtful friend.

Help yourself to a cup of blueberry tea and apple pie.  It has been a good year for apples at the farm.

The teacup holder was designed to hold jewelry, but I like it better to display the cups!

This will probably be my last tea outside for awhile.  I heard snow is heading our way later this week!

Thank you so much for visiting and enjoy your week!

I will be joining the following parties:  Teatime Tuesday, Friends Sharing Tea, Teacup Tuesday, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Show and Tell Friday.

Hi Nancy! What a beautiful finale to your outdoor tea parties. Love the roses set against the backdrop of the trees in their fall splendor. The Royal Albert Autumn Rose dishes are gorgeous, and how fortunate that they're make in England instead of an out sourced location. You definitely got a bargain! And that apple pie... how delish!

I know that I find some great deals at thrift stores - but yours is a doozy!!! What a pretty table you sent with it. The roses are fabulous, on the dishes and on the bushes.

Nancy, your last outdoor tea is splendid. A great find of the RA china and the teapot looks nice with everything. My carpet roses are still blooming like crazy and we too have snow in the forecast this week.

Thank you for this lovely tea break as I sit at my desk in my office at work with no view of any roses to enjoy...you gave them to me, and I am drinking them in and breathing them out. Wonderful way to start my morning. Now, back to work! Enjoy your snow later this week! Florida is going to be cooler too! Can't wait!

How lovely to be able to set a tea table for outdoors one more time. And your rose climbers are beautiful! I would love to be able to sit and join you for a slice of pie and a cuppa tea. Thanks so much for joining me and have a blessed week.

Oh my goodness, Nancy! what a find! I've heard many people say their roses were blooming late in the fall this year. It's as if yours was waiting to have tea with Royal Albert on the deck! Thank you for sharing the sunshine and fall colors. I can almost smell the fall with the fresh apple pie.

Good for you to take advantage of the last of the warm weather Nancy, I do that as often as I can these days. The weather will force us inside pretty soon. Your roses all look so lovely together and I love the rambler rose; what a beautiful colour. :)

Gorgeous pictures! Your garden is still so green! The leaves are almost gone off the trees where I live. Soon there will be snow *sigh*. So lovely to drop by and see your lovely backyard tea party!

Not too many roses left around here! And what a wonderful treasure you found at your thrift! Never find anything like that around here. A beautiful pattern. I love that shape, and Royal Albert is always a find. Thanks so much for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!
