Spring Bunnies and Tea

Hi everyone!  Happy month of May to you!  I am having tea at the farm cottage and so glad you could join me!  Most of my bunnies showed up for tea to celebrate Spring.  Our snow is finally leaving and our spring birds are back!

I'm using a new teapot to me.   I was so happy to find it late last fall.  I love the  pretty country scene with the thatched cottage surrounded by all the garden flowers.  It is made by Arthur Wood & Son.  Staffordshire, England.

The first teacup is marked Germany.  I love the pretty roses and the shape of the handle.  It also has a gold  design on the inside edge.   It was found without it's saucer.

I found the next teacup last year in Florida.  No mark on it, but so pretty with the roses and trim.

The teapot is filled with Tea Forte Earl Grey and the coconut cake brought to me from my daughter-in-law.  Delicious!

I found the blue and white pitcher at a yard sale for only $2.00!  It has several cracks in it, but is beautiful to me!  I love the shape and the unusual blue daffodils.

I hope you enjoyed tea time today!

Thank you so much for visiting and wishing you a beautiful week!

I will be joining the following parties:  Tea Time Tuesday, Friends Sharing Tea, A Return to Loveliness, Teacup Tuesday, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Share Your Cup Thursday.

So many delightful bunnies for tea. My favourite are the two that can hold a bouquet of flowers.

Nancy your blue and white pitcher is lovely, the cracks are only stress and it might still hold water? what a great find.

It is lovely that all your bunnies came to join in for tea today. Sweet tea cups, i'd not of noticed the saucer wasn't the same, you made a good selection to replace the missing one. I have this pattern on one tea cup and a 6" plate, however your tea pot is white and my set is cream colour they would look nice together. It is wonderful to have the birds back. Have a glorious weekend.

I'm so glad you stopped by my blog. I know that up there in northern Michigan you have had an even harder winter than we had here in lower Michigan. We survived though! I love your teapot, and I think the saucer you found for the first cup is perfect. That little blue pitcher is beautiful! And the coconut cake looks yummy.
