Waiting For Spring

Welcome to tea time!  It seems like every morning lately I wake up to a new fallen snow!  Not much, maybe a inch but I am so ready for spring!  Flowers always raise my spirits so I am using my flowery Sadler cube teapot and my Roslyn Moss Rose teacup for tea time.

I am using a old picture frame for a tray.  Easy to do, just cover with doilies.

My pretty Sadler teapot, front and back.

A little Southern Belle is joining me for tea.

The Republic of Tea Downton Abbey Grantham breakfast blend tea in the teapot and a chocolate cupcake for a sweet.

Well  tea does lift the spirits!  Spring is just around the corner in my neck of the woods!

I am so glad you stopped by!  Hope you have a wonderful new week!

This week I  will be joining Friends Sharing Tea and Tuesday Cuppa Tea for their tea parties.

Such a lovely springy looking teapot and teacup! Yes, I am sure you are getting anxious for spring to arrive. We've had such a mild winter here in FLA that we feel like it's been spring for a while...and now this week we are going to back down in the low 30's! That is a surprise so late! Praying you will be safe and warm during this current bad weather that is scooting across the country. Enjoy your hot tea and tea party!!

I've never met a Sadler teapot that I didn't like! Your cubed teapot is so pretty! I also liked how you repurposed an old picture frame as a tray. Bring on spring!

Oh Nancy, my heart always swoons when I visit your sweet teas. What a pretty teapot and teacup that blend so perfectly together. You have a little Springtime right inside your cottage. Happy tea day to you. xo

Beautiful teacup and teapot, and just perfect for Spring! Is that one of your new teapots that you wrote about? Loved seeing your china cabinet in one of the pictures with all your beautiful blue and white china. Hopefully spring isn't too far off, but with snow yesterday it's hard to imagine. Take care, Nancy! Hugs, Phyllis

What a sweet setting. I adore the teapot and the teacup - they look like a matched set, and the sweet little lady is perfect for enjoying a quiet moment. I think the cupcake is a perfect choice.

Hi Nancy,
I absolutely adore your new Sadler cube teapot. It is a beauty and my goodness they are costly. It looks so pretty with your Moss Rose teacup. I am always on the search for Sadler cubes and rarely come across them. Thank you for sharing such a pretty post. Blessings, Karen

Nancy, I hope you'll get an early spring. In the meantime, tea and your lovely teaware and settings will lift the spirits on the dreariest of days.

Lovely collection.

I just found a Rossyln Moss Rose cake plate. Very versatile for use.
