Red Transferware Christmas

Hello everyone!  Happy December to you and thank you for visiting!

Last summer I bought a used tea cart and today I had fun decorating it for the Christmas season.

The tea cart is all ready for holiday guests.  A coffee pot, hot chocolate pot, and two teapots to hold special holiday tea's.

Cranberry orange scones and bread pudding in the tureen for tea today.

Not much snow so far.  That's okay with me as long as it snows on Christmas Eve!

I bought the red toile Christmas quilt at Homegoods last year and this year I found the sweet set of four dessert plates there.  The plates are made by 222 Fifth and named Poinsettia Toile.  I love the quaint scene!

I am hoping you all are having a blessed Christmas season!  Merry Christmas early to you!

P.S.  Life is very busy for me helping to take care of my family, so I will be posting only as time permits in the New Year.  Wishing you a wonderful New year!

I will be joining the following parties this week:  Bernideen's Tea Time, Cottage and Garden.
Sandi's No Place Like Home,   Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Share Your Cup Thursday.

Beautiful! I love red transferware and actually don't own a single piece of it. By the time I discovered it, I had no room for more! Well, if an "opening" should come up at some point ...

How pretty! The red transferware (something I love) looks lovely on your tea cart, and the quilt is the perfect counterpart to it.

Lovely! That quilt is wonderful, I wish I'd seen one like it at Homegoods. You've inspired me, I don't have a tea cart but I do have an old drop-leaf table that is currently serving as a gift wrapping station. Once it's cleaned off, I'm going to set it up like a tea cart.
Happy Christmas to you!

Lovely ! I am addicted to toile and the first thing that caught my eye was the quilt. Everything about this scene enchants me and seems to invite me to stop in and have a cuppa with you.

Dear Nancy:
After your note, I had to come back here and see your "English Abbey" Taylor Smith teapot as frankly, I didn't even know what one would look like. I think it must be the one in the photo with fancy lid top and looped ring handle. I think that's it and it is lovely! Believe me, I will be looking too! Thanks for reminding me you had one posted and to look back and see it!
