Tea With Queen Gilliflower

Hello and thank you for joining me for tea this week!  I thought today I'd have tea with Queen Gilliflower, or more commonly called Dames Rocket.  These flowers self seed every year and I welcome them in my garden.

The tea table is set next to my potting shed, where Queen Gilliflower likes to reign.  It has been a beautiful day today, so enjoyable!

Isn't that a sweet praying fairy?  Another gift from my dear sister.

I know some of you have this darling teapot.  I could not resist it when I saw it at Homegoods for only $9.99!

The teacup is another thrift store find while in Florida.  It is marked Lefton China, hand painted.  So pretty with the violets and bit of gold.

I am so glad we are finally getting summer like weather now.  Time to enjoy tea in the garden!

Thank you again for stopping by and I wish you a wonderful week!

I will be joining the following parties this week:  Tea Time Tuesday,  Tea In The Garden, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Teacup Tuesday.

Nancy, your setting is really pretty with the purple flowers. I do love that teapot and I have been kicking myself for not letting my hubby get it for me. He told me I would regret it and he was right. We have a new Home Sense opening here soon which is like your Home Goods so perhaps they will carry it sometime. Your Lefton teacup is lovely as well and that fairy is darling. So nice to have you join me for tea, my friend. Have a beautiful day.

Blessings,
Sandi

Delightful! I love the praying fairy and would love to know where your sister finds these lovely girls. The teapot and cup are both beautiful. Your garden spot is so lovely. Someday I must come up there for a visit! Your home /garden is such an inspiration. Thank you for sharing this time with us. I love it. It is a good tea-break for me no matter where I am or what I am doing. I can look at your pictures and relax and enjoy.

Everything here is so fanciful and beautiful. I am sure that this place could spark some good imagination for some prose and poetry :-)
