Hi everyone, hope your week is going well! We had a wonderful warm weekend and decided to enjoy a early tea on my deck by the cherry tree. It seems like overnight the tree was covered in white blossoms! So fragrant!
I'm using one of my favorite type of dishes, red transferware. The teapot is marked Windsor, made in England.
I love the pattern of this teacup and plate, marked Stratford, Scenes from the Shakespeare Country, British Anchor, England.
A tiny garden fairy joined me for tea!
I enjoyed a bagel with homemade strawberry jam.
Thank you for visiting!
I will be joining the following parties this week: Tea Time Tuesday, Tea In The Garden, A Return to Loveliness, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Teacup Tuesday.

Beautiful tree, wonderful location for a tea. And that sweet little angel!!!!
What a beautiful tea-time. It does look like a storybook setting. I am not surprised that the adorable little fairy showed her presence and joined you for a lovely cup of tea.
I like making my own strawberry jam too.
Blessings dear. Catherine

What a lovely tea on your deck by the cherry tree. Your beautiful red transferware dishes are perfect for the occasion. Isn't it wonderful to be able to enjoy tea outdoors once again? Take care, Nancy!

Your tea things are beautiful! And so is your cherry tree! You must live much further north than I do, because all 5 of my cherry trees blossomed in early April. Unfortunately, we ended up with a late freeze, and the bulk of the fruit was lost.
Cherry trees sure put forth a glorious spring showing, don't they?
Blessings,
Patti @ Magnolia Cottage
What a lovey setting for tea! The transferware is wonderful. I do so love it! Love your bench and the afghan is beautiful! Thanks so much for linking to Tuesday Cuppa Tea!

What a beautiful tea setting, dear Nancy! The cherry tree is delightful to the eye and oh, I do love your red transferware! What a lovely pattern. Your setting makes me wish I could join you there on the bench. Wouldn't we have a lovely visit! Thank you for coming to tea and have a lovely week, my friend.
Blessings 'n Hugs,

Oh lovely! Your cheery tree must be so delightful to sit under. I also love your transferware, that is a gorgeous pattern! The bench, beautiful afghan, and magazine really makes your tea time inviting.
Did I ever tell you I have relatives (or did) in the U.P.?
I hope it is warming up well there for you by now.
Hugs,
Terri

What could be prettier than tea outside under a flowering cherry tree. I like your little fairy.
