Valentine Tea Time

Happy Valentine week to my tea friends!  Just a little tea to celebrate Valentine's day close to my warm fireplace on a cold winter afternoon.

I am using a tea set I found at different thrift stores.  All the pieces were made in the USA by Taylor Smith.  They were not named, but they look a lot like my other dishes by Taylor Smith  stamped English Abby.

The teapot is so sweet and petite.  Love the round handle on the tea ware!

The creamer has flowers on it instead of the English scene.  I wonder if  it was  part of a tea set, that would be so pretty.

I made chocolate cake hearts for the tea time sweet.  Also, Little Debbie's (cut with a small cookie cutter) topped with my homemade raspberry jam.

This week I will be joining the following parties:  Tea Time Tuesday,  Friends Sharing Tea, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Teacup Tuesday.

I will be taking some time off from joining all the lovely tea parties for now.  God Bless and thank you so much for all your wonderful comments you so graciously leave me.

The first thing I noticed was your wonderful fireplace through which you can see those beautiful trees. How cozy! You know I am loving your red transferware. The teapot is a sweetheart and I love the crimping on the creamer and the bottom of the teacup. Such sweet pieces you have found. Enjoy your break but please don't stay away too long for you will be missed, dear Nancy. Happy Valentines week!

Blessings and hugs,
Sandi

Don't know how I missed this. I love the pictures of the tea pot and the cups. The creamer looks like it could belong to the set, maybe an enlargement of part of the scene on the other pieces. Just a thought.
