Hello Everyone, I'm in the mood for some pink pretties and hope you are too!. Here's some of my pinks I have at my tiny farm cottage. I'll start in the kitchen as this is the way most people enter the cottage unless I'm having a tea party. The first thing you see directly across from the door is my wall cupboard filled with some of my treasures. I'm collecting teapots of the moss rose design. I hope to have one for each place setting someday.
Here is my china cabinet I painted white. It started out from two different pieces I found at a thrift shop. It's filled with all kinds of gifted and thrift store finds and my Mom's rose dishes. See the trellis on the right? I love the lady and the quote, a gift from my sister.
I made the chandelier out of a old light fixture and teacups.
Now let's go into the living room. On the mantel is my sweet angel, a mirrored birdhouse my Daughter-in-law gave me, and a cloche with teacups.
Some pinks in my corner cabinet.
In the bookcase are some of my favorite books and garden fairies.
I hope you enjoyed seeing some of my pink lovelies and thank you so much for visiting. Next time lets have Tea! Wishing you a wonderful week!
I will be joining the following parties this week: Make it Pretty Monday, A Return to Loveliness, Home, Share Your Cup Thursday, Simple and Sweet Fridays, Home Sweet Home, Show and Tell Friday, and Pink Saturday.

love all the pinks. Can't get enough of it either. I have a few pieces of moss rose and I also have moss rose plants in my flower pots outside, it comes up every year.
Hi Nancy! I so enjoyed touring your farm cottage. It's just lovely, and I enjoyed seeing all your pretty pink dishware and other things.

Hi Nancy,
Your pinks are so lovely! Each picture had me ooohing and aaahing :) I love your basket filled with tea cups - what a great idea! Have a wonderful week!

How beautiful! I loved seeing all your beautiful tea items and charming decor. I too collect moss rose teacups, saucers, and teapots. I had never thought of having a teapot for each setting. That is a great idea! Now I don't have to think 'why do I need so many teapots of the same pattern'. Smart! Thank you for your great ideas!
Love your treasures. I have many treasure also and enjoy looking at them too. I have posted pictures of them but someday I want to do a slideshow and post it on my blog. Hopefully in the near future. TFS.
Hugs,
Janet
Nancy, I did enjoy all your pink pretties and also like the kitchen wallpaper with the roses.
Very clever of you to make a chandelier with teacups - one of a kind.

Oh, what a fun way to visit your pretty cottage! I love all your lovely china and the different pink sets. The pink roses in your Mother's china is really lovely with the gold rim and the teapot is epecially pretty. Then, you tempt us with the pink flowered chinz teaset. Please do a posting on the names of these lovely sets.
What a great idea to have each place setting with a special Moss Rose teapot.

Ooh Nancy, thanks for the peek around your pretty house to see some of your pinks. I loved seeing all the pretty dishes and how you've displayed them so artfully. The hutch is wonderful that you put together from two pieces. Isn't it such a treasure to have your Mom's lovely dishes? Have a wonderful week, dear friend.
Hi again Nancy! I realized that I didn't mention your chandelier redo. Oh, how I love the teacups that you added! Does it light or is it just decorative? I love it!!
So pretty! I have an old light fixture like that, I think I need to paint it and put teacups on it.
Wonderful!
Hi Nancy,
Your home is divine! I just love your cupboard filled with the rose patterned china. What a neat idea for a chandelier!
Hi Nancy,
I enjoyed seeing all your pinks. You have a lovely collection of teapots and china. The teacup chandy is a delight! I have been tempted to make one too but I don't think Hubby would appreciate that very much as he does all his studying at the dining room table where the light is good. Funny thing is, we have an office but he still prefers the table where he can spread out all his books.
The cute mirrored bird house caught my eye too.
Yes, I do believe I would feel right at home in your farm cottage sipping a cup of tea with you and surrounded by all your pretty treasures. Thanks for sharing at my HOME and enjoy the rest of your week.
Blessings,
Sandi

Good Morning, Nancy. I shared your tearoom with my guests at tea yesterday. They would all like to come by. Please let me know when you will be open, so we can plan a visit, and how many guests you can serve. It will be so exciting to share your special place with others.
