Hello everyone! Hope you all had a good week!
I'm having another pink tea in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month in my pink farm cottage kitchen using my tea table all dressed up in pink.
.
The floral teapot is musical and one of my favorites. When I pour tea it sings "Tea for Two". I found the cup and saucer at two different places. The teacup is marked Lefton china and saucer is Paragon Golden Emblem, England. I really love the saucer, so I'm hoping I can find its mate!
Decorating the little ladies bonnet is the last of my perennial sweet peas. Somehow they missed the light frost we had the other night.
Right after I had this tea I found this sweet pea teacup at a thrift store! It was half price and only $2.00! I couldn't wait to share this Royal Winchester teacup with you and also the pink cupcake!
Thank you so much for stopping by today and please come visit me again soon!
I'll be joining these lovely parties this week: Make it Pretty Monday, A Return to Loveliness, Teatime Tuesday, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, Teacup Tuesday, Friends Sharing Tea, Share Your Cup Thursday, Teacup Thursday, Feathered Nest Friday, Simple and Sweet Fridays, Home Sweet Home, Show and Tell Friday, Pink Saturday, and Saturday Showoff.

Love your sweet pink tea, Nancy. Both of your teacups are lovely, and the vase is so pretty, holding the last of your flowers this season. The cupcake looks delish too! Have a great week! ~ Phyllis
Hi Nancy. Your tea cups are just beautiful and thank you for supporting Breast Cancer awareness..Happy Tuesday..Judy
I love your singing teapot! Your table looks lovely with the sweet peas. I have a tea mug like your new cup and saucer for my July birthday. It has identical flowers on it but mine says "Duchess Bone China England" on the bottom. Blessings, Pamela
Hello Nancy,
What fun to have a musical teapot! The pink sweet peas are so pretty and perfect for your table today. LOVE both your teacups. The sweet pea teacup is adorable and your mismatched set is so very sweet! I love the saucer too and you married them very well; very charming! Thank you for joining my special Pink Tea this week and have a delighful evening.
Blessings,
Sandi
What pretty teacups and a musical teapot, too!!!!! Your cupcake looks so delish, Nancy.
Now that is special, a teapot that sings when you pour!
My mother had a couple of lady head vases, wish I still had them. The sweet peas look awesome, love that colour. Good find on the new teacup.
Sweet Peas were my grandmother's favorite flower. Thank you for bringing back some sweet memories. Lovely tea today!
~Anne
When I saw your first photo, before I read the text, I thought "That looks like my music box teapot"! I have one that belonged to my grandmother, the same shape as yours and similar in decoration, that also plays "Tea for Two". It is one of my treasures. Enjoyed seeing your pretty pink table setting. That $2.00 teacup is a great find, too!
Enjoy!
Hi Nancy,
I love the way you match different cups and saucers! It makes such original tea tables! And then it's a permanent challenge to find the right pairs. I've already managed to match some that way... :)
I have never seen (or heard) a musical teapot. What a great idea for tea!
Thanks for the lovely moment.
I've had a look at some of your latest posts and I'm your newest follower.

Everything looks so pretty!
Are sweet peas difficult to grow? I would love to grow them but never have. Did you start from seeds?
Thanks, Ruthie from: http://www.ladybstimefortea.blogspot.com

Hi Nancy, I would have never known that your cup and saucer didn't go together. Love the head vase with one of my favorite flowers, the Sweet Peas. I often call my grandies by that name. What a great find on the Sweet Pea cup and saucer. I too would have grabbed it up in a hurry. Especially since my birthday is in July. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely tea for such a good cause with SYC.
Hugs,
Jann
