Hello dear friends, what glorious weather we have been having! Nice and warm, a perfect day for tea in my four square garden!
Do you remember my butterfly bench I got last year in honor of my precious daughter? I set a little table in front of it for tea today.
While setting the table I thought maybe little "Alice" would like to join us for tea. I recently found her for $3;00! She is from Dept. 56, and named "Tea for Two". Isn't she cute trying to pour tea?
I haven't used any blue's for tea in awhile and wanted to share the teapot and table cover I recently found at a thrift store.
The teapot is a brilliant blue marked with a lion insigna.
The blue transferware teacup is unmarked, but the saucer is a Ridgeway, named "Coaching Days". made in Staffordshire, England.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful week!
I will be joining the following parties this week: Tea Time Tuesday, Tea In The Garden, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, and Teacup Tuesday.

What a beautiful tea in the garden, Nancy! Your butterfly bench is special. It looks great in your foursquare garden (sometime you'll have to tell us why you named your garden "foursquare.") I adore your transferware cup and saucer and the teapot is GORGEOUS! Your garden looks so pretty too. Beautiful spot for tea time!
So pretty! Love the cute Alice figure and butterfly bench!

Hi Nancy,
Oh I love your blue and white china today! So funny because I have posted blue and white for two weeks now. Your tablecloth is so pretty and that butterfly bench must be one of a kind. It's amazing! Happy Tea Day Sweet Friend! I love all of your flowers in your garden. Your transferware from last week looks spectacular too! Love it all! Karen
That garden gets an A++++++ as it is so beautiful. Of course I especially noticed the round table linen with the needlework all vintage and pretty! I love that butterfly bench too. This is a lovely posting!
An absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking, soothing setting for tea. Gorgeous China, too!
Ok, the bench is so cute, but your yard is amazing. All that color and green is stunning. We are in a drought, hard to have a garden anymore. Have a wonderful week. Blessings, Martha
