A Touch of Green for a March Tea

Hello everyone!  Happy March to you!

Today I thought I would share with you some more tea treasures I found while thrift shopping in central Florida.

The teapot is filled with Taylors of Harrogate Yorkshire Tea and the petit fours are under a tiny cloche I recently found at a local store.

I love the teacup!  The gorgeous flowers inside the cup is a first for me.  The teacup and saucer are marked UCAG CO China,  made in Japan.  I think the saucer is magnificent!

The sweet teapot is marked Crown Dorset Staffordshire England and was only $12.98!

The pretty embroidered napkin was only 75 cents and I grabbed it up as aqua can be hard to find.

Lastly, the chintz vase was a real find at $3.00.  The bottom is stamped Blakeney, made in England.

Those heart shaped sugar cookies on the magazine cover sure look real!

Thank you so much for visiting and have a wonderful week!

I'll be joining the following parties this week:  Make it Pretty Monday, Teatime Tuesday, Friends Sharing Tea, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, Teacup Tuesday, Cottage Style Party,  Share Your Cup Thursday, Simple and Sweet Fridays, Home Sweet Home, and Show and Tell Friday.

  1. The teacup looks like a wildly beautiful watercolor! There is nothing I don' love about it and the napkin is a perfect accompaniment to the cup & saucer.

What a bounty of treasure you found thrifting in Florida.

  2. I'm not sure which is more exciting - peonies on a tea cup or a chintz piece for $3.00. Either way, it makes for a beautiful spring tea table!

You are a great shopper for I like you red transferware from the previous post and the price was fabulous. I know you enjoyed scooping up all the bargains and thanks for sharing your finds on both postings!
