Tea With The Purple Phlox

Happy tea time this week!  My creeping Phlox are blooming at the farm cottage, a pretty setting for a outdoor tea.

I've set the little side table on the path of my flower bed.  I chose one of my favorite teapots and filled it with Twinings Lady Gray tea.

The sweet teacup is named Victoria, marked C&E, bone china, England.  Whenever I use it, I think of my dear niece Vicky.

Enjoying a book about garden fairies.  I like to think I have them living in my flower beds.

My little cherub birdbath that the birds and other tiny creatures enjoy.

My lilacs are just starting to open.  Next week I'll share another lilac tea at the farm cottage.

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Wishing you a wonderful week!

I will be joining the following  parties this week:  Tea Time Tuesday,  Tea In The Garden, Tuesday Cuppa Tea, Teacup Tuesday, and A Return To Loveliness.

  5. Now this is tea in the garden. I love the pink phlox and blue forget-me-nots that are sprinkled throughout. A beautiful bouquet of lilacs that will get even better as the buds open and a sweet fairy book. I'm sure there are fairies in your garden, you only have to believe. :-)
    Have a great week.

  14. I love seeing the pretty phlox as we drive along the roads in our area. I have some up near the woods on the edge of our property. It never last long enough does it.
